"RJ did a truly fantastic job with the multitude of maintenance requests I had. While most of them were small, RJ made sure each one was completed as close to perfect as possible. The areas he worked on were left neat and tidy, even looking better than before. He told me that while it is one of many jobs for him, he respects that it is my home and wants to make sure I feel comfortable that it will be taken care of. That support made glad to be living here. 10/10 recommend."
"We sent a message to IMT office for a repair of our shower faucet and our door. About one hour later the technician arrived and got the job done. Arthur, the technician, is professional, polite and fast and I would like to say thank you for your great job and also office staff for fast response."
"I agree with one of the other reviewers that the application process is quite lengthy. However, living here at the apartments has been great so far. Inside it's enough space for me and the appliances work. I use the gym and it's pretty nice and has everything you need. The pool looks nice too. The staff are friendly and if I have a problem at the apartment, the maintenance team is pretty quick and helpful. Charles, Kirsten, Patrick, and Tanna have been excellent people and helpful."
