"Haven't had constant hot water in the shower or bath for what seems to be years now...they replaced the water heaters but still nothing...warm at best Everything else is fine...nothing special...but if you need quality of life and enjoy relaxing inside a shower or bath...this isn't the place for you. Lots of people are moving out due to crime, car thefts and other things... When I ask about this I am told that it happens sometimes...but it hasn't been hottish for months now...and it's a very very bad thing that they seem to not be able to fix. About Roaches...haven't had an issue in years...but when we get them expect to find them about everyday.. one time I was in the shower and one fell on me......WOW it took months for them to fix this. and as people say they won't go out of their way to make sure everything works in your place unless you keep telling them... also the work they put into the cabinets and everything else does not last more than a few years before coming apart! this why whenever somebody moves out they have to gut the whole place and redo everything! It used to be cheap 15 years ago....well what wasn't...but now it's the same condition it was in back then...but the rent is twice as much! so plan on getting your car stolen...or catalytic converter, loud cars racing down the street at all times of the day and night....and yeah it's not worth it anymore for new people. Until they fix things like the hot water...and I'll make sure to update this when they do...I would not move here. They installed security cams a little while back after years and years of car thefts and worse - but all they are good for are people trying to break the gate again and again to break into the mail boxes...which even then they can't do anything about because these people wear masks and come and go as they please. ....even had somebody stabbed and die right across the street! And this is south of ventura....that used to be a term describing the nicer part of the valley...now it's just the same as everywhere else!!!!! oh the secured parking is a joke, as nobody but maybe 20 cars or so can fit there out of the 50+ that people own....and even then people just jump the fence to cause more theft...at least I've heard."
