"For all you who don't know. They painted this whole building complex not along ago to make it seem more prestigious. In reality its super cheap paint that comes off easily. In addition, when they painted the whole building they basically did that to increase everybody's rent. The new kitchen and appliances are okay nothing special, but what really makes this building complex bad is the flooring. These apartments creak when you go upstairs, the wood or carpet whatever you got. Also there is no gym i don't know why. It has been in renovation for like 2-3 years now. Also I just checked the rental prices on the new apartments. 1 bedroom with 1.5 bath are going about $2050-2600 lmao. Who would anybody pay tfor these apartments, that's highway robbery."
