"Good quality work! I WILL say that the technician was annoyed that I was uncomfortable during electrology work. She made a comment that "people who want their hair gone don't flinch." When I spend get 75 bucks on a 30-minute treatment, I just want someone to be gentle with me. If you're less sensitive emotionally and physically, I would highly recommend this place, but if you want a patient/ compassionate approach, this was not my experience. I now see another review that says a similar thing. Left with way less hair and a bit less self-esteem!"

"I went here for electrolysis and it was great. The office is very nice and the service is even better. I worked with Liz and she did such a great job, in addition I enjoyed our conversations! I have very dark hair and the difference between May vs now (August) is so noticeable, basically all of the darker hairs are gone. I used to pluck the hairs out but now I do not even notice any. I would 10/10 recommend."
