"Extremely disappointed. Not with doctors, but with their front desk staff and service provided. My kids were required from school to get the lead testing done. We went to the doctor and supposedly they send referrals electronically. When we got to the LabCorp I was told that they don’t have referrals. I was on the phone with doctors office back and forth and we wasted 3 hours there. By the time my kids were supposed to get their blood work, they were tired and cranky. And than 4 weeks after, there are no results on MyChart. I called pediatrician office numerous times, sent 5 emails and I was told that they got “verbal confirmation” that results are normal. Am I supposed to quote them to my kids principal when she called 3 times about results??? Outrageous. Now my kids can’t go to school and they will have to go get lead test done again."

"Dr. Carson went above and beyond all of our expectations. As a new mom, I was frantic and needed answers very very quickly as in a matter of days my life crumbled before my eyes when I couldn't breastfeed right after delivery. The office called in Dr. Carson to take a look at my daughter's tounge tie and he gave me the option to get it revised for easier breastfeeding. I chose to do so and within a matter of weeks I was successfully breastfeeding thanks to his help and guidance. He didn't just do the procedure but he also offered me many many solutions. I probably nagged him a lot then lol. And then, on top of that, he gave me wise counsel with my daughters sleep problems as she was not napping well or at all and needed me to hold her constantly. She was also waking up a lot through the night so I was very very exhausted. Now she is nearly sleeping through the night at 2 months old , is napping well and is such a happy baby. Go with Dr. Carson. Just do it."

"My husband and I put a very high priority on making sure our child has excellent medical care. Before our baby was born, we exhaustively researched pediatricians, and personally interviewed several. In the end, we chose Dr. Carson, and are extremely happy we did. Not only is he unusually knowledgeable and thorough, his genuine concern for our child is apparent. Moreover, he will take whatever time is necessary to address any concerns we may have, or explain things we'd like explained. His office has also been exceptionally accommodating, whether it's working us in to see Dr. Carson on short notice, or Carmen staying almost an hour late in the exam room to provide additional lactation feedback (as the office literally closed down for the day in the background). In our experience, this practice goes far above and beyond what's typical or expected from a pediatrician's office. All in all, this practice has far exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend them."
