"I’m happy to write this review for the outpatient program (IOP) for my adult daughter who has severe OCD. She began by getting assessed and was told she fit the criteria for needing partial hospitalization. She went for six hours a day, five days a week and came home at night. She really didn’t want to be there and cried asking if we could take her out. But we convinced her to keep trying. She improved and then they put her in intensive outpatient 4 hours a day 3 days a week. And slowly she made progress. She did group therapy and one on one. They gave her a thick notebook of strategies to learn and she used them. It wasn’t easy by a long shot but after 11 weeks I got my daughter back. She’s in college now and doing well. I thank everyone there from Ms Rachel her therapist to her psychiatrist and staff. We couldn’t be more grateful we placed her there. If any parents have questions they can message me about it"

"Went to the inpatient program for teens. I voluntarily checked myself in to get my severe OCD and depression treated. This place did NOT help in the slightest. One thing I remember is the little to no care the staff had for patients. So many people were crying or having a breakdown (myself included), and not a single nurse, therapist, or doctor checked on us. I saw a doctor only ONE TIME, out of the 7 days I spent there. When asking to see the doctors, I was always told that they were too busy. When discharged, they told me I was "attention seeking" when it came to my intrusive OCD thoughts or depression. I didn't have any history of self harm like other patients, so they told me I didn't show any signs of depression. Luckily I was diagnosed by a proper psychologist after leaving the hospital, and surprise surprise, they misdiagnosed me and sent me home with the trauma from seeing other patients in so much pain and a bottle of antidepressants. If you choose to voluntarily admit yourself, this is NOT the right hospital. Steer clear of this hospital if you are looking for actual treatment and plan."

"Funny anecdote: I was trying to get help for my daughter so I called and left a message (it was a holiday weekend) for a call back. On the Tuesday after the holiday, I called them again to try and make an appointment. I was told they aren't taking any new patients which was disappointing, but I moved on. A little while later, I got the return call from the message I had left. When I told the lady that I had already contacted them earlier and was told they aren't accepting new patients, her reply was, "Oh, OK, well, I'm glad you got the help you needed". I just had to laugh at her response. Perhaps they need to train their staff that being told they can't see you is NOT the "help you needed" (or, maybe it really is!). Sorry Loma Linda University Behavioral Health but that response was a giant FAIL! I'll keep looking to get help for my daughter!"

"Norco addiction after some surgeries. My insurance covered 21 days and it was great. I was carefully brought down thoroughly detoxed in about 3 days but the panic anxious feeling gone first day! Great doctors, nurses entire staff."
