"Hey you, yes you. I took my daughter to Rady's to see Dr. Brian Winter today. The office staff were great. Dr. Winter was so friendly and compassionate. He treated my daughter and me with warmth, respect, and skill. He got us on a treatment plan for my daughter, and asked me if I had any questions. The receptionist, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name was kind enough to print the summary for me, and offered my daughter stickers for her visit. I recommend bringing your child to Children's Primary Care in Temecula."

"The receptionist at this office needs to learn customer service and has a bad attitude. Dr. Winters does NOT care about the bad service, nor does he care about his patients because he would do something about this and why he had terribe reviews. But he is a doctor geting paid with a stready stream of bodies he can profit from. He also insisted our baby get vaccinated w/vitamin K before he had his circimicison and we were never told and gave us some BS explanation that if you research, you know he is lying. Do NOT trust this doctor and as you can see from the reviews, they could care less."

"Our kids' doctor (Dr. Winter) is very good. The problem is his staff. The hispanic receptionist is far from being friendly. I don't know how she got the job. The person doing the referral didn't process the doctor's request til after I called them which is a month after the doctor saw my child. She said that she'll process it right away..clearly she forgot about it and our child needs the procedure asap. Now their billing department is also a failure. She put in a different bill code that shows that we are not covered by our insurance so we called the insurance and they said that the clinic did the code wrong and they will call them directly so they could fix it as our insurance still covers the clinic. Bottom line is that the staff here is very VERY incompetent. They need to be replaced. I'm not into firing people but these people need to find a different line of work. They are a complete failure and the clinic needs to find a more competent employees. Do not go cheap...go for knowledgeable and experienced people. Maybe check your site manager too and start appraising him or her coz it clearly shows that he/she is not running the clinic well. This is what happens when people are hired because they know somebody from the inside..and not because of their knowledge and competency. The rating of your clinic is very low. It's time for change. Don't act when it's too late. Act now! Save the reputation of your clinic."

"My daughter is usually seen in the Fallbrook office but due to a doctor emergency she was seen here a few days ago. We had an amazing experience! Wait time was minimal. The doctor was great. He listened to all my concerns and he really seemed to care about my daughter. I was extremely hesitant and was close to canceling the appointment due to all the negative reviews. But I’m really glad I gave them a chance. All the office personal I encountered were very pleasant and knowledgeable!"

"Today was our first visit, took my 18 month old in for her check up. Front office was welcoming, kind, and professional when we checked in. Didn't wait long. Doctor Winter was awesome! Very nice and good with my kids. I also had my 3 year old with me and Doctor Winter involved him too. You can tell he actually cares about your child, he made the visit fun for my kids and he was very professional. Arrived at 9:30 am and was out by 10:30 am. I'd definitely recommend this office and Doctor Winter. Thank you!!"
