"Dr. Jain and Dr. Anand had been seeing ny kids from birth. Always a great experience with them. Unfortunately, service has taken a toll with the new NP. Our last visits were horrible to the point that even their student doctor’s face was that of shock. She’s completely impersonal, rude with my children, rough in caring for both their injuries (different occasions), and rude with me for speaking up. During one of our visits, my son had fallen off his bike and I hurt his arm. At his visit, she proceeded to “massage” it to the point that my son was tearing up. Never once did she ease up or walked him through whatever she was doing. Several months later my daughter I hurt her foot at school. Same thing occurred. I had to ask her to stop and she held her hands up in the air and said, “fine, I was just trying to help but if you want her to continue to be in pain then I’ll let it be.” I never took my kids back. Sad to see an establishment that Dr. Jain worked so many years in caring for kids in such a loving way become what it has."

"I tried to get my daughter an appointment. She is about to turn 3 and we recently moved so I needed a new doctor for her. I set the appointment online and got a confirmation it was set and booked. When I got the text to confirm the appointment the next day, I clicked the link and it said it cancelled. When I called, the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, told me it probably cancelled bc of my insurance when I haven’t even input any insurance info in. She continued to talk to me condescendingly and I told her to just cancel it altogether bc I would never take my daughter to a doctor where the RECEPTIONIST is rude, if the receptionist is rude at a CHILDRENS doctors office, imagine how the rest of the staff especially the doctor could be."

"I have been coming here for the past 6 years. Dr. Jain and Dr. Anand have always been amazing as well as the girls in the front Veronica and Andrea. However, the past couple visits with the new nurse practitioners have been unpleasant. She is not very welcoming and doesn’t seem to show an empathy for her patients. I brought my 2 year old for a fever that wouldn’t go away for several days. When the student checked my son she said she saw his ear was red but when the NP checked she said she didn’t see anything and was so rough at checking him my son cried. She asked if he was sensitive and I told her she probably hurt him. She said since he has had a fever for so long and the student saw the redness that she was willing to prescribe him antibiotics. I am thankful for the student because my son felt better after one dose of meds!"

"I had my first born here first and I liked it so I switched my baby girl here as well and I love it here. They attend well and the wait isn’t very long. My daughter had a bad cough, I called them, and they were able to see me that same day and they were amazing and just helped me with my baby’s worries. Britney, Andrea, and Veronica you guys are amazing! So grateful for their doctors as well!"

"The staff is very impersonal... never smile, flat tone of voice.... Dr. Jain looked at my daughter for two seconds without using any tools. When I asked how she was able to diagnose my daughter, she became very defensive and in a rude tone, she stated that she knows because she’s a doctor and has been for 33 years. She could’ve respected and addressed my concern as a mother rather than giving me a condescending response."
