"Zach is very very rude each and every time we’re in this store. If u are black stay away from this store there is no reason for a person to be in customer service and act as rude as Zach every time we go in at first we thought he was having a bad day but he clearly shows racism all the time I posted a picture so u can see him!! Now I can see why this store only have three stars your employees supposed to represent your store get rid of employees who don’t show great customer service.put Zachary in the cooler and not show his ugly face to your customers no one wants to deal with a rude person EVERY TIME THEy’RE IN YOUR STORE"
"Went for a car wash, paid for the most expensive one and the car came out just as dirty as when it went in. Went inside to ask for a complimentary wash to try again and was told they don’t stand by the quality of the wash and to repurchase if I want another wash. This is why I go to Kwik Trip, they take care of their customers and stand by their car washes."
"There is a long haired guy that works morning/mid-afternoon that makes me very uncomfortable. Last time I was there the cashier I'm mentioning kept going on and on about how his "taters were getting mashed" over and over again, holding up a line of several people behind me. I actively avoid the store whenever he is working now."
"Extremely personable service. Lisa in particular knows you by name and really keeps me coming back. Even though Kwik Trip is close, the smoothie selections are great (2/$5) and there's weekly specials to keep an eye out for."
