"Some of the staff is top notch - the best. The doctors are pretty great also. Here’s the big problem - the office is a training ground. Some appointments we see up to 4 medical personnel - 4 people asking the exact same questions. Do you know how obnoxious that is? Then to top it off - they don’t read anything before the visit. All the information is right there - but they all come in completely uninformed and we start from the beginning. Obnoxious. Expect a long visit. Very long."

"Newport Children’s Medical group is the best pediatric office that I have ever interacted with (for context, I have interacted with four other offices). The location on Avocado Ave has the kindest, most helpful, and welcoming staff that I have ever worked with. They are responsive, work to find appointments that work with your schedule, and are sensitive to the care needs of your children. My children have been cared for at this office since 2018 and I travel from LA county to this location because the doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, and front office staff are excellent. For anyone looking for a new pediatrician, I would recommend any of the doctors in this office with no hesitation or reservations. When my kids grow out of their pediatric stage, I will miss this office dearly."
