"Extremely outdated facility. Outrageous prices for day passes. I water slide is almost never operating Men’s locker room is absolutely disgusting Not to mention the sauna."

"The most hardworking and incredible leadership team work at this YMCA. They go above and beyond each day to ensure that the facility is clean, and up-and-running. I love the rec pool and how family friendly it is! Yes, the facility is older, but you can tell that this team is doing their best to upgrade it one day at at time. I'm happy to be apart of this organization."

"We love the YMCA program but this one in Superior is probably the worst one I've checked out. Not kid friendly, hours for gym and pool use are ridiculous. No Gym childcare in the summer( 2 hr Max in most ymcas). And by reservation during school year for gym childcare!? The track upstairs is unsafe for families to use. I can go on about other things I found wrong, but I'm not sure that it's worth getting a membership in this YMCA its very limited for families. But I love the pool area!"

"I love this place. I’ve always good experiences at open swim, knowing when the hot tub is open or under repairs, and participating in a few work out classes. Glad they help get me more active."

"Took a special needs child here and they permanently banned me because I used a floaty to try to teach her to swim. Had 4 kids with me and lied and said I got into their faces when the lifeguards approached me I backed up roughly 2 feet. Then one reason for the permanent ban was because I "talked over" the CEO. Taking this through the legal process next. Wanted everyone to know they discriminate against people. Also, a child said a racial slur multiple times that evening and I told the front desk. They said okay as we walked away they were laughing and talking amongst themselves. ****UPDATE**** Our special needs child went in to swim with her pca and they were letting her drowned just watching it happen and the pca had to help her."
