Shipping Receiving is up the stairs against the wall.orher facilities occupie the other area of the building 3- Drop and Hook-park empty trailor on back lot by employees parking .through 2nd gate area on left THEN You have to break seal .open trailor door and paperwork should be there with new seal.they dont use the compartment by the air and electrical hookups. Sign and fill in the paper they require you to in the envelope and put that ipapwrwork n the mailbox at Shipping receiving door. OFF YOU GO..JUST TO CLARIFY SINCE THE SIGN WAS NOT POSTED WHEN I WENT THERE ABOUT DROP AND HOOKS.... AND WASITED THE WEEKEND WAITING FOR THEM TO OPEN ON MONDAY"

"I've been here twice. Loading took up to 90 minutes. It can be busy sometimes. Watch for a green light. They don't call when loaded. Some drivers seem to think it's okay to sleep and not be watchful for the green light. It slows down others. I would reload out of here anytime."

"Delivered a load at the docks on the west side of the building. Overall the staff was very friendly and very helpful. My only complaints are that they were rather slow to unload and there isn't much room to maneuver around in the lot. It took just over two hours for a straight pull of sugar. Overall not a bad experience but would love to see things speed up a bit."
