"OT underbid and overcharged us on multiple different phases of our project without upfront or proactive communication...including one phase where the installer decided to "upgrade" us without asking our permission, leaving us to pay thousands extra for an upgrade we neither asked for nor wanted. While the quality of the landscaping work itself is great, the way they handle the business side of things left us disappointed. After leaving this review, an owner did reach out in an attempt to rectify the concerns, and a billing compromise was reached. So they get some credit for being responsive to concerns in the end, though it shouldn't take a negative review for a company to do the right thing."
