"My oven didn’t work, so they replaced the entire stove/oven with a brand new one. It was taken care of in 2 days and I love the new one."

"It was great and full of super nice and respectful people. But my only 2 complaints I have is that they expect me to pick up my dogs poop every time, which I did but if that rule applied to everyone equally then why was i continuously stepping in dog poop around there? And my second complaint is that when told to clean off my back porch I was making a good handful of trips to the trash and back because allot of the stuff on my porch I was getting rid of anyways and when making these trips I was harassed by one of the office workers telling me I needed to leave and I didn't live there and then when I explained that I did live there, and which apartment I stayed in, etc. I was then called a liar by her and was told she was going to check with the office right now because she knows who stays in that apartment and she knows I'm lying... So I replied respectfully and said " yes, please do check with the office. I'll wait right here, but when You're proven wrong and you find out I do live here, and I am on the lease, I'd really like an apology for your rude behavior and disrespectful name calling." And she snickered at me and said "I have nothing to apologize for." Then rolled her eyes and continued to unload her car as if that situation had never happened... I felt very judged, and offended, disrespected, and just all around miss treated. And never got any justice for it."

"I've lived here for 6yrs in a row and previously for an additional 5 years and absolutely love it here. The management is friendly, helpful and caring. I feel safe completely safe. Yhey ate dog friendly. It's Quiet! Heather Downs is truly a community. We all look out for one another. The grounds are beautiful and clean. I love our maintenance crew. I trust them to be in our home. If something can be fixed, it's done the same day. I love it here. Well, I am still here. Happy as ever. Management is superior to any other. They have love for the property and residents. We have some innovative minds. They just put in a lounge area by the pool with a grill. We are so excited! Maintenance is amazing. Everything is addressed immediately and usually resolved the same day, depending on the situation, and can be trusted. Everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Heather Downs Apartments. Living in a quiet community, where the the residents are friendly and respectful is a blessing. This is a direct reflection of our management. They care about the property and the people who live here. If you are looking to live in an apartment with condo specs, I highly recommend Heather Downs. Our maintenance staff has been here over 10 years, he is friendly, very competent and trustworthy."

"I am grateful to have such a beautiful apartment home nested between redwoods. I sometimes feel like I live in a tree house! I feel safe at this location and my neighbors are friendly. The office staff and maintenance are always happy to help if there is ever an issue. I highly recommend Heather Downs."

"Have been here for two years now and love it! It’s a definitely a hidden gem. Office staff is great and maintenance guy Dale is awesome! My apartment is spacious and have tons of room in the closets plus our balcony is perfect to sit outside! The complex is quiet compared to the surrounding neighborhood, and I’ve came outside and seen security patrolling multiple times throughout the night. My spouse and I for sure feel more safe than other places we’ve rented."
