"I lived here between July 2016 and July 2020. The biggest issue will be pest control. You'll have roaches and bedbugs. You'll have roaches loaded with baby roaches and it will be disgusting as hell. Then you'll have the loud neighbors who have no respect for anyone else's need to live in piece and quiet. And the manager's hardly ever there because she also runs another apartment complex. The insects can be taking care off: set roach traps all over your house (between 20 & 30 will do). The manager regularly has pest control visit your unit. The loud and disrespectful neighbors? You're on your own. Other than that; it's a nice, scenic complex. It used to be a bigger complex that included the other four apartment buildings in the same spot. You get to live near a supermarket and two gas stations. You're also close to a bus line. Honestly; this is better than the garbage-filled mega-partment communities. So hey."
