"Any Review above 1 star is either fake or must have been paid, this is literally the worst address in Sacramento County, ask law enforcement anywhere! The only thing they care about is coming to work and getting paid, and their power to to ruin your life. Maintenence request? Better call code enforcement, which is ultimately pointless since COVID. Had to call the fire department because one of their contractors was spraying toxic chemicals which woke me up from sleep. Greg was the manager, then promoted to Regional Manager, previously he was an SHRA slum lord downtown. There hasn't been a single year without a homicide, the office staff are rude at best, literally the least professional mangement office in Sacramento County. If you want to do research on life in Sacramento's Slums, sign a lease ASAP. If you want a safe place for your and your family, do not move here under any circumstances! This property needs to be demolished and sold to American River College, the only units up to code, are the ones that insurance company contractors have had to rebuild due to fire. Life Insurance, Renter's Insurance, and an attorney on retainer are the bare minimum for what you need here. Also if you are an immigrant, don't move here as the staff doesn't even communicate with people who speak English and are California natives. I've been jumped by a gang that broke my right foot in half, threatened after surgery by one of their emoployees(and they threatened to evict me), attacked by a dog, attacked by a drunk lady(who they then let move onto the property), had multiple car vandalizations, and apparently its my fault(blame the victim). So unless you want to risk the almost guarunteed experience of becoming a victim of some sort of crime, DON'T MOVE HERE!"

"Wanna get messed over by a company. Look no further Megan and Greg got you covered. They will overcharge you, falsify your signatures on digital signatures, tow your vehicles and then when you say something they will present no proof but give you an ultimatum to move taking your over $2000 deposit in the process. They will not provide maintenance to apartments I have video of things sparking for weeks I had to call the fire department in the mist of the apartments saying nothing was wrong and the fire department saying this can go up in flames at any moment and the apartment complex will not take care of it for days even weeks leaving humans without basic necessities. Also security is a joke security officers sell drugs and blackmail residents so beware and be careful , you won’t know what lies were told until it too late. So yeah No stars for the money hungry apartment complex and there worst employees Megan and Greg."

"I’ve applied to these apts and I had a miss call from Megan and I called back not even 30 mins later and it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still trying to get ahold of her but every time I call they say she will call me back and never does so I don’t know if there telling her peoples calling or what"

"The apartments had its ups n downs but Damn so I just came from the office, I guess they have now ppl working the office and their attitudes are ridiculous .(really the big black lady with tattoos on her arms) . it started when I called up their about some biz n she picked up and answer as if I have been bothering her all day, really unwelcome made me feel uncomfortable . I didn’t even want to go to the office bt I had too .. been living here for about five years now, never came across anyone in that office with such a horrible unwelcoming attitude how are we supposed to enjoy things the office has to offer with people like that are their. Why take the position if you don’t like working with the people. Really hope it gets better ( heard this from multiple people.)"

"Had roaches coming from neighbor’s house and they would not let pest control in, this should have been an requirement! 6 months later neighbors finally let pest control do their job, and haven’t seen any of them roaches since. That was a nightmare, but now it’s cool!"
