"Horrible place to live, being homeless much better than living in this place!!!!!!"
"Claimed I owed 2 days of rent and billed me for it despite my paying rent in full for the last month of lease. Took my entire deposit, and additionally, claimed I owed an additional $170 for damages. They also threatened to make me pay for all charges for floor replacement after the next door unit(which is missing an toilet)flooded with sewage water and came through and ruined my floor in the middle of the pandemic in April. Refused to prorate rent for the month even though I did not get to use the unit when I paid for the entire month as well. Shannon Gee is a nightmare of a land lord and everyone is advised against moving into this apt or any other apt managed by BLVD(their new name). Run away. Fast. Don’t ever move in here. Trust me."
"Please do not wish to rent an apartment here this is the worest place in Sacramento all apartments has bed bags, roches very nesty complex also who ever become a manager for this complex since I lived here are rude they are just happy when you pay your rent. And this complex just one parking for each apartment if you have two or more car you will be worry about place to park."
"The manager is so rude and she doesn't understand English, so she gets upset immediately because she can't get your question. She has to learn English and also how to be nice with the customers."
"Management rude, along with roommate. After shutting water off 3 different times for maintenance, when it was turned back on, we had no hot water for 6 days"
