"Not a good place to stay walls are thin when it’s starting getting hot roaches come out and they don’t let you view the place before you sign your lease they hiring dudes off the street to come work in your house DONT MOVE THERE ITS A GOOD MOVE !!!!"
"We have lived here for 2 years And we love it. Have not had any problems. Manager Kimberly, is very nice and personal. Work orders are done in a professional timely manner.would highly recommend this apartments."
"My lease was over 4 months ago contract states after your lease is up it will go to month to month until you put in your month notice then u be completely terminated without my permission they automatically renew my lease according to there computers they hired new manager that wasn't trained at all new manager avoids all your questions and concerns no contact info for property owners or head persons that's in charge also they did a illegal rent increase without any proper notices . Definitely going to better business bearu and fair housing after I write this."
"Terrible apartments. I had to move out ASAP in June 2017. The walls are very thin so i could hear every movement. I was getting sick often. My fridge broke and they didn't come and fix it until after I moved out. I was told I would get full money back as promised and written in text. I had receipts and everything. Still nothing when I moved out. I called no answer. Came to visit and they said they would follow up never did. Never got my money back and had to call and visit several follow ups for my deposit back."
"Sunset Gardens Apartment is the worst place you can live in. Mostly because everything is broken . Pigeons live on top of your AC and make lots of noise and stinks everytime you want to turn your AC unit on. The heater is broken. When you use it, the fire alarm goes off and it smells like its about to blow up. We have a roach infenstation and we keep our apartment spotless and roaches are continuing to multiply and the management doesn't care. The roof has zero isolation, no ventilation fan in bathroom or kitchen. Drug activities are common, my wife and I are about to have a baby. This place is cheaper but not worth living in."
