Arcadia Apartments

"landlord sucks, pool got filled in with dirt and now theres just a dirt patch, cockroaches everywhere. told management that there was dead cockroaches falling into my stove and was told it is not a priority. go somewhere else, do not doom yourself to this fate. plumbing gets clogged all the time from other neighbors, the time for it to get fixed can be close to 24 hours. the mailboxes get robbed by homeless people all the time, the gates dont have locks because they were installed incorrectly. just an awful place. in the picture below, this is what the sink looks like for the last 18 hours. got all over the floor too. RUN"

"The management company is professional and very responsive. Debra, the property manager, is excellent, helpful, and always pleasant to speak with. She is good at explaining an issue and answering any questions I have. She is extremely attentive, quick, and efficient. If you have any problems, Debra is always available via text or email, and repairs are completed quickly. I am pleased with my home, and I appreciate its simplicity and affordability."

"I hope they have improved since my friends have lived there between 2000 and 2015, two of them had great apartments without a bug problem but two others lived in deplorable apartments, my last visit also showed me that being an illegal or Middle Eastern folks are more acceptable tenants to the management than others. This place is a cat sanctuary and may still have some serious safety issues they don't want the Sacramento News to report on, they tried to evict him when they thought he called the news on them, I don't know who did."

"I just moved in here about 6 months ago and the manager Sam there seems to care a lot about his residents a lot and will respond in a timely manner to fix any maintenance issues that may arise. Sam always greets me with a smile on his face. The apartments are being remodeled as people move out and they look really good and are worth the price."

"They had us move in without the apartment being ready they still had to paint the tub which Took about 3 days to dry and we were not able to shower for those three days we had to us my mothers house to shower. The counters in the kitchen still had to be painted and we also had to wait about 3 days to touch the counters or set anything up in the kitchen. After that I started noticing cockroaches In the house as well as mice. The parking is horrible bairly any parking due to them using the parking lot for their work trucks they don’t tell you about the parking problem. When I would have problems with other tenants they seem to favor the Latinos over everyone and basically do nothing if I caught them hit my car in the parking lot or scratch it. She was very flirty towards my husband and would only speak in Spanish to him when I was around knowing I don’t speak spanish. Her names maria the most unprofessional person I have meet. And don’t count on the owners to care because manitha the other manager is the owners daughter.So good luck living there. It disgusting dirty and unprofessional"
