He was awesome in taking the time to answer all questions we have, as we are new to the Area and looking to move-in around April. We are looking at houses as well, however if we don't find a home. "*UPDATE* they replied to my review as you can see asking me to contact them to “make it right” been contacting them with no response. Aspire, do you really want to “make it right” or do you just want people to think you are by replying to my review that way? You know how to contact me if you really want to make it right, respond to my emails. ** Do not move here if you ever want to get your deposit back. Moved out last month, attached are photos of how I left the apartment. A part of the $500 deposit I had requested to go to the final utility bill (which it did) but the remainder or the majority of it should have gotten refunded to me. Not only did they not refund it they charged me $153 NOT for damages but for “touch ups” which would have been done anyways to prepare for a new tenant. Basically the only way to get your deposit back is to move in and sit in a corner until you decide to move out, otherwise they will charge you for “touch ups”. Other reasons to not move here: No gate No central heat and air They tried to raise my rent the first chance they could (why I moved) Loitering in parking lot all day/night Homeless loitering/going through trash largely due to no gate Anyways, you can judge by the pics I took when I moved out if I should have gotten my deposit back or not."
