"The rent is a bit high for such an old place."
"This is the worst apartment to live in. My reasons are as follows 1st it is roaches infested, secondly the tap run really slow. Secondly the refuse dump is not always collected, and finally the maneger of this apartment is too insulting."
"I have came here with a friend to to visit they're family. I'm appalled at the condition of the apartments. So, residents leave piles of trash by there units. Residents with poor housekeeping with there doors open you smell horrible odors. I don't understand management allowing such filth. I've even seen serveral roaches crawling around the property, so disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone live to live in the dump. Where is management? Why do they even care? Druggies are constantly roaming around begging for money, ridiculous! Thank God, we don't live here, not a good place for kids to live, either!"
