"Have been waiting for a two bedroom apartment for over a year now. A 2 BR came available December 2018 and we were promised that apartment. We were told we'd be moving in by the end of December. In January 2019 we were told 2 weeks after inquiring about the apartment. In February we asked again and again was told two weeks. In March and April we were asked if we wanted that apartment, to which we said yes. In July 2019 we were told the weekend after next would be our move in date. My wife asked again toward ths end July and the maintenance person told her it would be ready in 2 weeks. I asked the maintenance person at the end of July when we were to take occupancy. He said soon. This apartment has been sitting empty since December of last year and nothing is done to make this unit available for occupancy. Our apartment that we took on a temporary basis until a two bedroom came available hasn't even have the smoke detector hooked up, electrical plates not replaced, two of four burners on our stove doesn't work, no towel bars in bathroom, toilet paper dispenser ready to fall off, oven handle ready to fall off... TWO WEEKS AGO I PLACED A MAINTENANCE REQUEST BECAUSE OUR AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING... nothing was done! IF YOU THINK AUBURN SQUARE SENIOR APARTMENTS HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST... think again folks. This place has leaks into apartments, plumbing back ups, where toilets overflow in the downstairs units... homeless people walk around the parking areas looking into parked vehicles and rummaging through the dumpsters. There's an electric gate at the front entrance but the gate is left open FOR ALL TO COME IN AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. Hey if you are unfortunate enough to land a unit here... good luck!"

"I live here my rent has been raised every year even though the ones in power know that those of us who live here are on fixed incomes. Cold hearted business people. Also don't run afoul of management she'll bark at you and when you call her on it she puts her arm around and says you misunderstood in her put on sweet voice. She hasn't processed my rent check this month and I have ask her do it. This is the second time she's done it to me. I think she is trying to get me out. So never put your check in the drop box, try to catch her in the office so she has to write you a reciept. Notice I said try to catch her in the office it's much harder than one would think."

"Just tried to talk to someone on the phone and they had the worst attitude, and then lied and said they're not in a bad mood. I've done call services, I CAN HEAR IT IN YOUR VOICE. Now I will have to take care of this issue in person so I know who to report for POOR customer service. I wouldn't let anyone I love live here."
