"Recently, I toured Angelino and would like to thank Shareena for going above and beyond in showing the property and providing necessary information about the complex and the downtown area. Angelino Apartment is within close proximity to necessary amenities, parks (dog park) and good places to eat and enjoy time with friends and families. The property is very well maintained and Shareena and her team does an exceptional job to ensure tenants and prospective tenants feel at home. "As a tenant of this apartment community who moved in close to its opening in 2020, I was initially excited to move into facilities that seemed new and comfortable. However, I have come to believe that you are not getting the value of services, amenities, and access to basic professionalism from the management company do not merit the cost of these apartments relative to other houses for rent (with similar capacity) in the area. Although all tenants have complaints, the one that inspired me to write this review is that I have not been able to get in touch with the management company, FPI Management, for two weeks straight via multiple modes (email, text, and phone). This blatant and almost comical lack of communication, which also includes a "
"Good location but management seems to never fix the call box. Emailed them several times across multiple months. For a luxury apartment they can't seem to fix the only amenity they provide. Update 5/30/21: It has been a month since my initial email about an issue. They have not shown the courtesy to email me back yet, both to my initial and follow up email."
"Recently toured the Angelino with a family member and was very impressed with the location, layout, and furnishings. We viewed several 1 bed/1 bath lofts, including a beautiful corner unit with tons of daylight. The townhouses and larger apartments look out onto a picturesque, Mediterranean-inspired courtyard. The Angelino is close to many East Sac food offerings and amenities, so stop by for a look at some great apartments!"
