"I recently concluded my lease at Fair Oaks Apartments after 5 years, and I have to say that my experience was nothing but positive. First and foremost, I must express my immense gratitude to Rochelle, the Property Manager, whose professionalism and dedication truly set the standard for excellence. Rochelle is clearly committed to delivering a positive living experience for all the residents. Her responsiveness was unparalleled, always addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. It’s evident that she goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The studio itself was comfortable and spacious. I especially appreciated how quiet it was despite always living next to neighbors and living on a busy street. The studio I resided in had a wall unit for AC/heat, which was simple and effective. Doing laundry at the onsite laundry facilities was also very turnkey. My journey at Fair Oaks Apartments has come to an end recently as I've transitioned to a larger apartment with more amenities to accommodate my growing family. However, I must express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team. Their professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction will be greatly missed. If you are looking for an apartment where you can get some bang for your buck and have quality service from property management, then look no further!"

"The staff is very friendly with a quick response time to service orders. The community was fairly quiet. I've seen packages sit outside the door for days without anyone stealing it, and there were some who were willing to take it in for you upon request. The gate added a level of vehicle security. It was a great living experience for a year and a half. The only slight issue at the time of 2022 was a varying temperature of water, which was generally fixed within 1-3 days if the hot water was out. You have to occasionally cycle the tub to get hotter water running throughout."

"I lived here for almost 2 years: I loved the manager rachelle! She was so helpful and such a pleasure to do business with. The buildings, grounds, and laundry rooms were always clean and I rarely could hear my neighbors through the walls. Excellent place to live!"

"If you enjoy loud neighbors, walking past frequent drug deals, dog poop everywhere, loud domestic violence, homeless camping next to your car, cops running through the complex with guns drawn then this is your new future home!! The management is so uninvolved they not only allow these things to happen they almost encourage it. Rent is also raised without fail every six months, in total rent increased 200.00 in one year. The best part is they never improve anything! These are just the highlights not to mention the time a drugged out neighbor attacked my husband, laundry is 4.30 a load, the managers and maintenance people are ever revolving so nothing gets done, and the single pane windows cause mold! In all seriousness if you have good sense if you even see this building save yourself and run FAR away."

"Living in this community has been nice. My neighbors are friendly and the grounds are kept up. The people in the office are helpful. The downside, rent can go up to $200 for a one bedroom and $75 -$100 for a studio every six months and they do not offer one year leases. They only offer six months. It would be justifiable if they were coming in to remodel the apartment. Instead, I get to keep my old flooring that has dents in it and coming up. The popcorn ceiling, older light fixtures, and cabinets. I like living here, but with the rent constantly going up I feel like the company is robbing me and don’t care that they are."
