"The manager is the most rude and stupid guy I have ever encountered. I don’t know if he has a boss or he owns this Building. Very unprofessional, uncivilized and man with no honor. He told my friends to make an appointment in order to submit their rent! This is disgusting. If anyone knows his boss post his information because he has to be reported."
