"For a first apartment it was pretty good walls are kinda thin but for the most part they will fix everything with in 1 to 2 weeks management was helpful and understanding only complaints i have is that there not enough parking and my roommate and i cars got broken into inside and outside the apartment"

"This place is bad. Don't rent here. All stuff is not updated. Everything here is old and outdated. Asked for new stuff but was decline. you want to have sumlord than go for it. I lived here with my sister for about three years. The rent use to be 725 for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. Last year got a 90 days notice that the rent is going to be 800. This year got another notice a 90 days notice that my sister and I have to sign a 1 year lease at 1150 and a month to month agreement at 1250."

"These are not the 1700's, there are designated spots to place trimmed branches and the such, as in NOT IN THE BIKE LANE. As a cyclist this is a HUGE security hazard as the lighting on this place is also very very poor, thus making piles of spikey branches and other debris invisible until it becomes too late; management is lucky I'm an expierenced cyclist that maintains their brakes in good working order else they would've have a lawsuit from my part. TLDR; They risk other people's lives to save a buck."
