"Totally agree with this review: DO NOT RENT HERE!! HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!! The office managers are harassers to the tenants here! They are also a very discriminatory towards people. The office manger actually has one of her own relatives living here even though these are “income based” apartments. They play favorites as to who can get an apartment even though there is a waiting list. They stalk people and peep around people patio after office hours. Please somebody get these rude psychotic women out of the office before corporate is contacted on them! DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT! They will harass you here!! AFAIN: DO NOT LEASE HERE"
"I have been a tenant here for 5 years and I love it here. Sushil & Anita are amazing managers and always on everything when you call them. Me and my two kids wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The maintenance guys are always on top of everything when you put in work orders. Get on the waiting list and it’s worth the wait."
"I feel very blessed to live here at Willow Glen Apts. in Natomas. I moved here in November 2017. As far as your office staff, Sushil, Anita and Ms. Judy, they don't get any better. They are top shelf. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of all of the residents and I can tell that they are very committed not only to those that live here, but to the communitat large. And I find nothing wrong in asking tenants and their guest to follow the rules of the complex although some residents take offence. I have seen the results of what happens when some people really have no pride in where they live and couldn't care less about how our complex looks. I said that to say this, the maintenance team of Sergio and Vishal are second to none. They work very hard to keep the complex clean and functioning. Hats off to your entire team!!! I want to add 5 extra stars."
"I must say I'm very impressed with willow glen apartments. I've been living here for about four years. I love living in Willow Glen for several reasons , first being it is the cleanest and well maintained area and it is one of the best in the surroundings. Secondly the staff Sushil and Anita are very friendly and professional. I have always got the answers for all my questions instantly. Thirdly the maintenance guys are very good, they have always resolved all our problems within stipulated time. The roads and gardens are well maintained. Thanks to Sushil. Best Nilofar Amaniar"
