"I have been taking my daughter here since she was born she is now 6 years old now I can't even get a hold of their office or even talk to a nurse or doctor there because their phones get forwarded through to Golden valley. I don't know how the health system or Turlock pediatrics expects parents to be able to ask questions about their children's health if they can't even get a hold of them I have never heard of such a thing I will now be switching my doctor after 6 years because of this"

"Wish they took care of babies better… when I called I thought my daughter was having an allergic reaction they said they would page the doctor to call me back and I never received a call back. And when my baby goes in for her shots they are soooo rude about it. I’m tired of medical patients getting treated like this and I’m changing providers!!! GET NEW NURSES DR G!!!"
"Had a doctors appointment today for my two children only to arrive and be told doctor isn’t here today. Not one person had the decency to even call me. Checked all missed calls and messages and nothing from Turlock Pediatrics. I waited several weeks for this appointment. And the most important thing was to get flu shots for my two children. Asked if I can get that and was told no. My kids dad left his job in Stockton early to join us for their physical appointment. And since children under 18 can’t get flu shots are pharmacies this appointment was very necessary. How inconsiderate! I would have really appreciated a phone or something. We will never go back and it dawned on me this is why we left two years ago. My children will continue to go to Family Health Medical Group. The staff and doctors are amazing and not once has this ever happened to us."
