"I lived in Legado de Ravel for 13 months. It’s a great apartment. The neighbors were good. You can almost find anything in walking distance. Heather is very helpful and responsive. Reyes is also very friendly and takes care of work orders quickly. This place is recommended!"

From day one, they've been sweet, helpful, and always ready to assist with any concerns. The move-in and move-out processes were remarkably smooth, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is great, but it's the exceptional management team that truly sets it apart. What surprised me even more is their commitment to fostering a sense of community—they even host mixer parties for the residents! This is something I've never seen at other places, and it truly adds a special touch to the living experience. I only wish I could have stayed here longer. Highly recommended!"

"This was the best apartment I have rented thus far. Heather, Community Manager, is extremely sweet and supportive. Reyes, Maintenance and Property Manager, is on-site Monday-Friday and always so helpful with every question or repair. Whether its changing a lightbulb, or dealing with a maintenance emergency, Reyes is there for you and available to make sure you're comfortable at home! Great location, extremely secure/safe, and lots of street parking within the neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend for a friend."

"Andrew and Heather are literally the dream team! They have both made my move from out of state so easy! I came to Sacramento to tour properties for a weekend and Legado was my last scheduled tour. I instantly knew this was where I wanted to be! Great location, big apartment, and amazing/personable people running it! Everyone I have met that lives here has been awesome. So glad I came across these apartments!"

"I have been living at Legado de Ravel for three months and so far, I have loved it. The pros: The staff are respectful, prompt, and very professional. Heather, the apartment manager, is so amazing! The location is great- coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Cons: If your apartment faces 16th st, it can get a little noisy on the weekends. There are no amenities in the apartment complex and it would be great to have a gym on site. The parking lot is little pricey and street parking is difficult to find."
