"I needed a confirmation when my dishwasher would be fixed, but no response. However, I liked the quick response to renewing the lease. The staff seems very helpful and professional. Maintenance is slow, and I didn't like the way graffiti was dealt with on the sidewalk."

"Living here was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. From the cruel, hostile, confrontational and unprofessional staff.. to the nonexistent blinds, no hot water, and a dishwasher that never worked.. it was a nightmare. I paid 4k to break my lease. And I’d do it again and again to NEVER LIVE HERE. They will attack you. The staff will lie. Fix absolutely nothing when you put in a “work order” that never gets completed. They will TURN your apartment while you still live there, and then follow you outside to yell at you when you ask for your deposit back after only being there 6 weeks. It was an absolute mess.. torture.. and I’m so glad to be out and away and move forward. I really send out my prayers to anybody that plans on living here or is stuck currently.. it’s a nightmare. Oh & it’s covered in dog poop."

"I’ve been here a month and I’ll give you my experience incase you’re like me and you read reviews . The place on the outside is beautiful so prepare to be fooled . My move in was hectic I wasn’t allowed to view my place until I signed a lease . My walk through was done in a rush by the office lady who wanted me to sign it within the 15 minutes she was here which is a big no no until you’ve had your 3 days to look around yourself to see what’s really happening. So in your first 3 days be sure to TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS of everything that is broken chipped and damaged in your place because judging the other reviews these people will attempt to charge you for things that are broken that they knew about already . The sidewalks are littered with dog poop so you have to hopscotch to your door . The only parking stalls that have lights are the one’s which the maintenance guys live in and the common area near the office so good luck. Cars have been stolen and broken into and I believe it’s because it’s so dark in the parking lot that a person can stand near your car and nobody would know. Well I take that back there was an old lady complaining about the lights being out in the parking a stalls but in the month I’ve been here I see no change. I only used to laundry here once due to only 3 machines working so I go to a local business to wash. There were roaches that appeared in my house maybe my second week . The walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors all day and night probably why there’s always downstairs unit available. The maintenance man lives on the property and will not come fix anything that’s on the emergency list the office gives you upon moving in so don’t waste your time calling. He only works when the office is open and they say they’re short staffed and that’s the reason your stuff can’t get fixed when you put in a request but I see them fixing new places up to get new tenants all the time . So it’s not a staff issue it’s a priority issue and their priority is to fill units. My review will be updated after I move ."

"Don't move here. The garbage areas are filthy, covered with roaches at night time (as are other outside places) and need to be power-washed. The ground on which the bins sit are grimy, and usually there's discarded furniture around the garbage area. The security gate at the front entrance was broken for months on end. Simple repairs like a broken lock on the laundry room stays broken for months with a sign that says due to staff shortage a repairs are prioritized by urgency. The laundry washers and dryers themselves are never cleaned and have dirt, hair, cigarette lighters, false fingernails, mud and all sorts of stuff clogging them. Tenants have to clean them themselves. There are only a handful of wash houses available on sight, and when they flood, the entire wash house is closed down for months, so tenants have to walk clear across the apartment grounds to the lone working wash house, which again, is filthy with equipment that is non-working. Parking is non-existent. Each apartment comes with only one assigned parking space, so if you need another space be prepared for a long walk back to your apartment. Staff no longer works weekends so if you work during the day, good luck trying to talk to someone to get something fixed. On top of all that, the rent goes up a couple hundred bucks each year."
