"We moved down here from the Bay Area and I wanted to give my business to a small pharmacy instead of a big chain, everything was fine until I needed my pain meds refilled. Nothing unusual, and the pharmacist knew all the prescriptions I was transferring down well in advance and were friendly about it. If they had an issue or were planning on treating me like a criminal, I would have appreciated being warned. They didn't even bother to call me to say they wouldn't fill the electronic RX my doctor sent, when I remarked on that I was told rudely "I'm telling you now." They also falsely told me that NO ONE in Palm Springs would fill it "because it's illegal", as my doctor is in the Bay Area and I travel up there to see them. (Disabled people with severe chronic pain like me know that a good pain doc who listens is worth more than gold.) News to me that "no one" would fill it, and as it turns out completely UNTRUE. CVS had no problem and said they don't know why White Cross told me that. I don't appreciate being lied to and I really don't appreciate being treated like a criminal."

"This is a great family owned pharmacy. The staff is always available, rather be by phone, or a walk-in. Also, Sameer is very genuine and professional pharmacist. He is always there to answer any question one may have. The prescription prices are always competitive and in my experience cheaper than any other pharmacy around. So many pharmacies around treat you as another number, but they treat you like a person. This is the only pharmacy I will use. Isaiah C."
