"Great living here. Been here since 2018. Take the good with the bad. One concern, there has been an ongoing water leak on the west side of complex. Which might explain why everyone is paying so much for water/sewer/trash. Wish FDC would fix the issue. Been through 3 resident managers and no one wants to fix the issue."

"When I moved in it was amazing place. When I moved out I was bummed it lost it's way when then management changed. It's mehhhh and the price went from reasonable to ridiculous. Hope they loose the whole complex due to greed and mismanagement"

"We love the complex itself but we have had several issues thus far. Considering we pay our utilities and 2200 for a single bedroom we are rather dissatisfied. When we notified management about an awful termite issue within our apartment, we were given less than 24 hour notice for an exterminator, we work full time and have a baby so there was no time for us to prepare in the slightest considering they need everything out. Then we want to move to the two bedroom next door which was originally being rented out to the manager who unfortunately was great but had to leave. We request a transfer, quoted 4,500 to move next door! It would be cheaper to break our lease than move next door and yet we are supposed to feel valued as residents. Not to mention that we would be paying the complex more as opposed to the managers whose rent, I’m assuming is comped, based off of FDC managements job posting (don’t think that apartments even moved in yet) and that we actually would utilize the second bedroom for our baby.And tonight the termites were back again. Overall disappointed we aren’t valued enough to stay."

"When we first moved in we loved this place, then they switched managers and after a year and a half we had to leave. The grounds are very nice but manager is super hands off which can be nice until you need something taken care of. We decided to leave after she told us “we were the ones who chose to live in an apartment.” In response to asking her to take care of something. Other con is they spilt water among all residents so it comes out to over 200$ a month just for that. Lots of dogs and kids if that’s something you mind. Otherwise it was a great place to live."

"This is a great apartment complex. However they do not notify you until the day of signing the lease (At least in our case) that the water and sewage is split between all tenants. My wife and I pay an average of 180 bucks a month for these services. We still have to pay our own SDG&E. Otherwise we love it here "
