"My kids and I stayed here for a week and the location was super convenient - close to stores, restaurants, and only a few minutes away from the freeway. It was very affordable and staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and they will still come in daily to clean the room if you want, unlike a lot of other places. Definitely recommend it."

"UNBELIEVEABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL Front Desk EVER! The front desk clerk was not an accommodating during my son and my stay. She asked me to call her before 4:00 to confirm if we'd be staying the next night as my son's car was in the shop and we had no idea when it would be ready. I called before 4 as agreed and spoke to another person who confirmed the next time stay. Then the next morning she calls ranting and waving that if I don't come by 11:00 am to make the payment she would not extend our stay. I was not near enough to get there my 11, so my son tried to pay in cash for the future stay. But she refused to let him stay and he was stranded without a car. Again, totally unprofessional! I would NOT recommend this hotel because of this reason, but also be aware every chair in the room was stained, walls repaired without being painted and it's just gross!"

"Best Value Stayed here for one month twice in the last year and this place is the best value going. Clean, quiet, good parking and excellent staff, with special props to Stephanie and Hector, they were both great (again). Comfortable bed with good/newer sheets and towels, frig, micro, safe box, great shower and window bug screen. Great location with lots of restaurants close by."

"Adequate is the best way to describe this place. Rooms are secure, little noise leaking through the walls. A couple vending machines by the office in case you want some candy or soda during the night. There's also a Carl's Jr within walking distance (maybe 2 blocks). Check in process was very easy and both office employees I dealt with were very polite. My only real gripe is that like most of other reviews point out, the wifi is completely non existent. You connect to it and your phone indicates you have a good signal but you can't actually use it."

"Waited 10 minutes to be greeted by somebody at the front desk when checking in. She was very polite and friendly. It appeared she was the only one present on staff at the hour I checked in, which I think was about 8 o’clock maybe? The room was extremely basic. It is serving the purpose of a place to sleep. I’m glad I brought my own blow dryer because they had none there. There is no iron in the room but hopefully when I ask, they will have one. I’m not sure if they have a continental breakfast because I didn’t see any thing remotely representing a place for that. There is a swimming pool and ample parking available. There were 2 bars of soap and a very small bottle of shampoo on the vanity. The sheets had some spots on them. The walls had some visible repairs. There was absolutely NO decor. There was a small fridge with a microwave sitting on top of it and a wall safe. It served the basic need of a place to sleep. Definitely overpriced for the first night but the next 3 nights were $80 a night cheaper. This is the type of hotel that I would expect to pay less than $100 a night for."
