"I was a tenant here in 2019 and I really liked this place out of all the apartments I lived in. I was homeless living in my car and staying in Motels at the time. The apartments were well designed. The walls were thick enough to be basically sound proof and also kept it cool inside along with the tree in the center blocking the sun. It reduced the electric bill as I never needed an air conditioner or heater on even when it was 108 outside. It also had the convince of the 7/11 right next door open 24 hours and the whole town was a 15 minute walk with wide open views also. The only con was that 1/4 of the stove burners worked the water was shut off at times too and no microwave and the AC on the wall also had no on/off switch but luckily I never needed it. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was honestly my favorite apartment out of everywhere I've lived after leaving the state before covid happened. I would go back if I could. Dan was the man! Commutation for anything even off hours was great also."

"I have been a renter from Parkview Village Apartments since May of 2017. It was my first apartment for me and my wife and we loved our time here. They are very friendly and ever since Valor took over the management of the place they have done a lot to better the pathways and help with the plumbing issues. Before them we used to have a water issue every day but they have really cut down on the occurrences. Whenever it does happen we get prompt notices and a time window for it to be resolved by. Also it has a 7-11 not even a block away which was spectacular when we needed plates or drinks. As a first time apartment renter can't recommend enough!"
