Park Place Townhomes

"We have been living here for just over 6 years. The process moving in and filling out paperwork was super easy as it was all done digitally. We could've gone anywhere else but we always felt this was a great place to call home so we stayed for so long, we always felt safe here and that is always important. Management is always on top of their stuff as we've never had any issues that couldn't be resolved by either management or maintenance. Maintenance always gets the job done and as soon as possible, same day even. We look forward to calling Park Place our home for as long as we need to. Keep up the great work."

"The process to get into these apartments was a headache with the first person we dealt with. Her having new programs to learn and them not working. We were always made to feel like we were idiots when the new programs for applications on the business didn’t work. Then we have had nothing but temporary mangers filling in the entire first year. No regular maintenance man (he quit the week before we were suppose to move in) so someone new who doesn’t know what’s happening each time they come to fix an ongoing issue (which still isn’t fixed). They never did a real walk through on move in the place had construction dust all over every surface the painters have over spray on everything. The cheapest way they could make things look new with horrible craftsmanship! The Nieghbor’s next to me caused a massive roach infestation! I do NOT do bugs.They sent us a nice email about how they appreciate our choosing them as a place to call home but when I asked to discuss the new lease with a Supervisor the supervisor couldn’t find time to respond to me herself. If I wanted to be blown off by the same lady I have been dealing with I wouldn’t have asked for a supervisor !!!! Now they are raising the rent added parking charges they don’t enforce security that is not helpful and no one to follow through on any part of your complaints Allen Properties is a joke and to corporate to care about its tenants. So if you want a place to live worth you hard earned money I do not recommend Parkplace townhomes. If I could’ve saved the money to move we would not have stayed here."

"I lived here for 2 years. At first it was great, but the longer we lived there, the horrible it was. The AC unit did not even work. The summer months were awful and when I asked for them to fix it, they didnt. My boyfriend went up into the attic and saw the unit had a hole and the hose. Cold air was not even blowing out. The laundry room was bad. The machines never worked and the fact your sharing, makes it hard to.ever do laundry. AND they expected us to get quarters to do laundry. Why haven't you guys updated it and let tenants use a refill card like other apartments? Also there's not cameras and another tenant stole our weighted blanket from the laundry room. Unbelievable. Another down side is they are charging 50 extra a month, just to park our additional car inside the gate This made me not even feel welcome to our home. All the cars parked along side the street and made parking hard to ever access. There wasn't really anything to this gated community and didn't really offer a lot like other apartments in town."

"Iv recently moved into Park Place Town Homes and honestly best decision I could have made. The Landlord Theresa made it so easy to do all the paper work online and helped answer any questions I may have had prior to moving, she is an awesome landlord so nice!! Everyone that lives here are very nice and respectful kinda keeps to themselves mostly. The property itself is clean as can be which I love and it’s also gated which is a bonus that I like. In my honest opinion I’d totally recommend moving here the floor plans as well are quite big especially for the price. Hope this helps. :D"

"I am absolutely so satisfied with these town homes! This is my first rental, and I have to say, Teresa(the manager) made my experience so amazing! She stopped at nothing to get me into one of their town homes! I appreciate what she did for myself and my family. Being here for two weeks now, I have NO complaints at all. Quiet neighbors, and no loudness outside during the night or day hours. Also I feel very safe, gates are always closed at appropriate times of day. I will OF COURSE be recommending others!"
