"The pictures listed on the website for this property are not current and are false advertising for a beautiful sandy beach that no longer exists. We rented this property for our mother's 90th birthday so she could have easy access to the sand and water. The photo shows a grassy area leading to a sandy beach off the beach front deck. There is no grass and no dry sand....instead there is a steep sandy slope leading to large bounders blocking access to the water. There was no way for her to climb down the slope and over these boulders. We rented this house off the OLD photos of a beach that doesn't exist. We never would have paid the high nightly rent had the pictures on the website been current. Furthermore, there were rats in the upper unit with rat droppings all over the floor and couch, the fire pit advertised on the website is not allowed by the guard and neighbors, and the deck broke in half on our 6th day so we couldn't go outside on the deck and we left a day early. Chris Miller gave us a refund of one day which is not sufficient given the high nightly rent we paid for NO BEACH, rat droppings and no use of the deck for last two nights. We left a day early and have not been able to contact Chris since.....no response. We would never rent from Chris Miller again."
