"Manager is absolutely rude as hell . When you try to apply and she doesn't think your good enough apparently she will use every excuse in the book and not even get the application process going worse customer service I have ever experienced and will not be renting a home from here. Beautiful homes but not worth the disrespect from Rebecca."
"I can guarantee that any positive review of these apartments is not true. The manager here is rude and rarely ever answers her phone. The apartments are infested with roaches, there is water damage in the ceilings and the “emergency” maintenance line doesn’t respond to calls. The place was so disgusting I paid rent but refused to actually inhabit the place, stayed with a friend instead. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this uninhabitable example of the “landlord special.”"
"I have been in these apartments for 4 years. I have never had an issue! I love how quiet and clean the apartments are and how well the manager maintains the property. She is very respectful and cares about her tenants."
"I put in a holding deposit on an apartment and I had been calling the manager for a week straight to find out if I had been approved. The manager kept telling me she was waiting on her supervisor to contact her. I asked her is the apartment still available, and she told me yes. Come to find out I was approved , however when I asked her if I could move in ASAP, she explained that she had rented the apartment out and I would have to wait to move in at the end of the month. Don't deal with these people here unless you have no other choice because the manager is a noisy idiot. Worse combination!"
