"Worst place I ever lived. Make sure you document and take photos of EVERYTHING when you move in. They will try to keep your entire deposit AND try to slap you with the bill for standard “cleaning fees” - all this after leaving the apartment in better shape than you got it in. Everything gets the “landlord special” white coat of paint over it. I had to manhandle/pry open ALL of my cabinets when I moved in because they threw a thick coat of paint over the whole thing, hinges and opening slot included. Hot water and all water was frequently out, homeless people loitering in the complex, constant roach infestations, unorganized office staff, and no way to buzz guests or delivery drivers into the complex - they also stopped accepting packages at the front office, which caused many of my deliveries to be turned away because I couldn’t buzz an Amazon driver in and the office wouldn’t accept them. Do yourself a favor and do NOT let yourself or those you care about live here. It’s not worth it, especially with how much they’re charging. EDIT: since they decided to respond and pretend they have no record of me living there (some record keeping, huh?), I added some photos I took when I moved in. They have no attention to detail or care in the world with managing their properties."

"Been living here three years. This place is great the safest place in Hemet by far maintenance not only works to keep our apartments up and running but they also go after the homeless if they’re on grounds. Shout out to all staff here. We love Kathi and Nikki that work in the office. The maintenance team Gilbert and Mike are punctual and reliable. They are excellent in their after hours emergencies. Also, they are experts in their fields. We love these apartments and plan to stay until be are ready to buy a home. Fortunately with the low rent, we are still able to save. Very happy with this place."

"I have lived here for 9 years now. I like my apartment. The manager & her assistant are great! They are always pleasant. Laundry rooms are always clean. If I have a problem with anything, it gets repaired quickly. I am sure I will be living here for a few more years. Plus the location is great. There are grocery stores nearby. And a Movie theater. Me & my cats are happy here. Sheryl D. ."

"Stayed here for over two years and somewhat enjoyed my experience. But there are so many complaints that I have. Water constantly being turned off without warning, bugs everywhere you look. Our place is basically infested with moths and has been for months. Maintenance is friendly though and take care of things but not right away like asked. Pools are constantly dirty, having either leaves, dead bugs, or sometimes stains at the bottom or on the walls. The jacuzzis always smell very strongly like chlorine, never understood why they use so much and the bathrooms are always locked at the pools so you can never use them when need be. Plus in the laundry mat near the gym there's black mold near the first laundry machine as you walk in because that one constantly floods the floors with soap and water, they never fixed the leak the entire time we've been here. It's always smells too in there. There's always dog business on the floors as well, and yes I know their owners are supposed to pick up after their dogs but don't leave it there for weeks. For the maybe first six months when we lived here the gym was either under construction or constantly locked. To end this, please look for a better place."
