"Elliot and Sean came to my apartment of a concern for a gas leak on my stove. They came in a short amount of time and fixed the issue. Even after my concerns that I could still smell gas and advising them of what the gas company said, they came right back and confirmed everything was ok. I appreciate their expedited response and care without judging me for my concerns. It brings me comfort being here at Shadow Canyon."

"We had a few maintenance requests and Elliot came and fixed them all. He replaced the furnace grill that was rusty and peeling off… he fixed our bedroom door that was put in wrong and replaced our dishwasher that wasn’t working… He did a great job and was very kind and professional. Although his load is heavy, he was very eager to take care of us. Thank you so much Elliot for all your help!"

"Current resident and specifically only sharing my experience with a maintenance request. The main maintenance guy, I didn’t catch his name but he’s really awesome! Seems to have knowledge about issues that arise and is very understanding and easy to talk to. All of maintenance has been respectful and approachable. I appreciate you fixing the problem I had in my unit! Thanks guys."

"This is not to retaliate on Shadow Canyon Apartments as they have on my family and I. This is to educate prospect tenants on how devious people are and have no integrity. I moved here back on April 2018 and these apartments were very clean inside and out. Our neighbors along with my family and I kept to ourselves, never had any issues, respectful and always said hello to one another. About a year into living here our vehicles were vandalized, my daughters bike stolen and as the time progressed even people from the streets were walking up to out front doors turning our door knobs to see if it was opened. Two homeless people on two different occasions walked in on my neighbors. I experienced a few times someone trying to open my door but always kept locked. Another issue the door knobs aren't that secure due to only being one lock instead of two top and bottom. Issues within the apartment arose and the main problem is the BLACK MOLD in the apartment. They say it's a housekeeping issue and really is not. My family and I were experiencing black mold poisoning and addressed it to the Office but again they repeatedly say it's a housekeeping issue. I don't think our bloody nose, fatigue, headaches and coughing are part of the housekeeping issue. The mold was in master bedroom caused by the outside sprinklers hitting the window which soften the wood and came in through. The carpet was and had been drenched. Took them a while just to come and look at the issue and another while to even start to handle the problem. They fix one thing and come back months later to fix another issue and a total of like ten. Smh!! There's not enough room to write out all the issues especially with the management. THE REVIEWS SAYS IT ALL PEOPLE!! One importantly do not be afraid if you decide to live here and I do not recommend, is afraid to speak up with the problems within the apartment, outside property and know if you have cats or dogs they CANNOT CHARGE YOU FOR A DEPOSIT, MONTHLY FEE OR INCREASE RENT IF THEY ARE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. IT IS AGAINST STATE AND FEDERAL LAW!! I held back rent because of them not fixing the issues in the apartment and outside property and they hit me with I'm being evicted or turn in my keys. If you turn in your keys they'll still charge you and outrageous amount and turn everything around on you as your fault. We as individuals have rights to live in a safe, habitable and clean environment. They do not honor this. Even speaking to the owner of ConAm Mr. Daniel Epstein didn't even have the philanthropist courtesy to acknowledge my letter. Again these are true facts and I say it with much integrity and not retaliating just educating people. One more thing to the management please save the sarcastic reply to my rating and comment. You're all very unprofessional and negligent. Karma is real!! Thank you and hope this reaches many whom stop at Shadow Canyon Apartments Google search."
