Riverdale Apartments

"We were a little nervous to move in at first b/c it looked a bit shabby on the outside. However, our neighbors have been super great and kind. The inside of the apartment looks very nice and we like the renovations inside. Also, since we've been here (moved here December last year) the management has been working steadily to make the apartment complex a safer environment for everyone and have been doing work around fixing fences, stairs, lights, etc. We've had a really good experience here and the management team has been wonderful."

"Just moved in not long ago, had a few issues with the apartment but the manager was swift with sending the maintenance guys to help us. I was a little skeptical moving to hemet but after being here, I got some friendly neighbors and the staff is always friendly and gets around to fixing things quick. My only issue is there isn’t a gate, to keep out car thieves and people looking to cause trouble. Having to sleep with one eye open, especially since I can’t always park my car outside my window can get stressful. But overall I like the place and the people here. Thank you J for all your help, accommodating me and my family."

"I knew that moving into hemet wasn't going to be easy, given the reputation. After plenty of apartment browsing I settled at this place because it honestly is much better than others in area. There is more cleanliness than expected and maintenance is quick to show up and management is very cooperative and resourceful. -I give it 4 stars because I would feel safer if complex was gated to keep less hooligans out."

"I have been living in riverdale for a while now and it's not so bad..I really like the office manager Andrea, when my AC wasn't working she sent someone right away to fix it. She's really nice and very personable. The apartment is a good size and I'm really happy that it has washer and dryer hook ups in the apartment. I hated going to the washing room at my old apartment. It's nice to have a washer and dryer in my reach."

"I have only been here a month, but I plan to stay much longer. I absolutely love it here. Tammie has been super awesome to, and my family. I love how quiet everything is there, it's so nice especially when you have kids. I rent one of the cottages and couldn't be happier. To Callie, the person who wrote for two months ago. Tammie has owned that place for the last 16 years, and has lived there for 12 out of the 16, if she doesn't like you, she will clearly let you know. Also, she is the only one who runs her office, has a family, and a lot of other things going on. Please before bashing on management, take the time to get to know yours. This place is 16 years old, so yes it is older, and things inside are older. The apartments themselves are still in great shape. They have enough room for everything and are still affordable. There is washer and dryer hook ups inside, and if you do not have that, then there are laundry facilities on site. Also, there are two pools, and kids playgrounds. I love it here."
