"Honestly, worst apartments to move into! Rent says it’s $2,046 a month, but when they add the bills you pay over $2,500! You pay for other people’s water and trash is crazy high! People are not paying equally here! Some get really low bills while others extremely high! Plus roach infestation! This apartments change management so many times it’s crazy to keep up."

"If you’re moving into Apt 73 in building 23919, please read. They WILL do the same to you. When I first moved in everything was great The manager was so sweet and very very helpful with anything I needed and made my family and I feel very welcome. Then there was new management and things just started getting out of hand. I signed on with a year long lease and then we were supposed to go into a month to month contract. These were terms given to me by Asante. I didn’t even ask for them. So I really appreciated that bc it would give my husband and I some time to get ready to look for a house to raise our baby boy in. They terminated the contract a month before my lease was up. Rented out my unit, raised the price and tried to get us to reapply for another year long term. They told me nothing would change but when I checked out the application, the office conveniently left out the updated price. Why wouldn’t they just ask me if I was willing to sign another yr long lease with the raised rent. But the apt is really not up to par with the price they’re asking for. I felt backstabbed so I started looking elsewhere. When I went to ask about the notice they had served me with all they said was, “I know you wanted to renew the lease but we’re just asking for unit back. You can apply for another unit with everything exactly the same.” I thought it was maybe bc they wanted to remodel it and she wouldn’t give me a straight answer and basically said they put the apt up for rent on the apt and someone already “snatched” it up. Aside from that, the apt looks nice but its infested with ROACHES, ANTS, and SPIDERS. we got the place fumigated which seemed to help until we realized they all ran and infested our couches. We had to throw away our $3200 couch set bc as much as we cleaned it, they just never seemed to die. I have a 1 year old so he gets the couches dirty often and I have a bissel pro vacuum and steam cleaner that i regularly clean my couches with and it didn’t even drive a dent in the infestation. Management doesn’t seem to care much. The front gates never work. I went to the office to get my gate remote replaced. The lady accused me of dropping my keys and damaging it too much and then opened up the remote and slapped a piece of tape on the battery bc apparently “I had dropped it too many times.” I literally laughed while she did this. And it didn’t work. So we got locked out of the complex many, many times before they finally replaced it. Garbage disposal broke down so many times and they take forever to come fix it and anything else. Kids play and scream outside til 11pm through school and summer. Nobody picks up after their dog even though there’s a dog park. Neighbors are noisy if you’re on a bottom unit and they definitely don’t keep track of how many people are crammed into a unit. We were napping after a long morning in our apt one afternoon and a kid came into our apt, took a look around our place and slammed the door shut upon leaving. Luckily nothing was taken but that might have just been because I woke up and made noise before checking out the noise I was hearing. We had packages stolen from our door as well. And the smoke detectors will go off randomly. I had to call the fire department bc my alarms went of saying there was carbon monoxide detected. Fire trucks had to come twice before they even attempted to help and fix anything. This place is a joke and they just want your money however they can get it from you."

"We just moved here from Atlanta and I must say without us viewing the place or environment prior, we made a great decision. The management is really nice and helpful. The grounds are always clean. Parking isnt a problem because you get an assigned parking spot. Our neighbors are pretty much quiet. Sometimes we can hear them playing music, but its quiet by time we are ready for bed. Overall I love the whole environment of the community. Plus we have a year around pool. I would definitely recommend them."
