"They well take your deposit no matter what, don’t be fooled, they will force cable charges on you whether you like it or not, they will charge you sewage, water and trash on top of your rent, read every word before signing a contract because they are con artists on slopping documents to sign without you knowing, I don’t recommend anyone to live in this apartment"

"The managers here are very rude and unprofessional. One manager mistakenly threatened me after another resident complained about one of my neighbors, and when I explained to her (and the complainant verified it was not me obstructing her) she went to the other manager and groundskeeper and claimed I called her names etc and tried to have me forcibly removed. Iris then shouted at me from her vehicle and she drove off. Since then the staff has been negligent, abusive, and dishonest. Maintenance calls and concerns go ignored, sewage leaks left out on the common areas of the property for months unattended. Had to stop contacting the office directly, and now I communicate solely with the owners. I’m not sure what I could have done differently but the manager Iris will not let anybody speak without talking over them and attempting to insult them or run them off with threats. They should really learn how to act and remain professional, and if you make a mistake just own up to it, no need to then start a feud with somebody that lives on the property you work at. Maybe you could ask the resident or any of the witnesses for their side before jumping so heavily into believing the employee whom everybody saw go on a tirade and start screaming at people. Avoid renting here at all costs, or maybe you can be the next resident to be harassed. If Iris Hernandez answers the phone, the situation is surely going to be mishandled."
