"I do not recommend this place! We are very simple and respectful. But our stay at the Silverado Apartments has not been the greatest. I should have listened to the reviews. We are assigned a garage and one parking. Parking is terrible if you have 3 cars (3 working adults) and/or Guest over. You will have to park in the street and that can be complicated as well. There's been police outside my apartment door with a gun pointing at the neighbors. Seems like crime is becoming common around here lately. I've got home a few times to a flooded kitchen, backed up sinks and toilet. And well now my car has been egged."

"I’ve currently lived here for over 3 years now and so far I enjoy it. I don’t have ridiculously high expectations, so I’m happy with the landscaping and maintenance is quick and considerate on orders. I also like the layout and the fact that I have a garage. I just wish there wasn’t so much dog poop everywhere, it makes it unpleasant to walk around. There also seems to be a lot of crime lately, although there’s not much the leasing office can do about that? I’m also worried all the negative reviews of overcharging residents extra “cleaning” fees after their lease is up isn’t true but… we will see about that in the future. But I do enjoy living here so far. I’m sure depending on which unit you get and parking situation your experience will be very different."

"I am an ex tenant, and this place is not the right place to rent. You will discover this when you move out. I was charged 180$ for cleaning microwave and fridge, 586$ for carpet replacement, and 281$ for painting my flat, which I left it better than I got ... what a disappointing experience."

"Silverado is by far the best apartment that I have personally rented or even just lived it. While I've only been renting here for about 4 months so far the experience has been incredible. When we were going through the process of signing the papers and moving in they were very thorough and quick to respond to any questions we had. We've had very few minor issues when we moved in just but they were all resolved quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to also live here as I believe the price is well worth the apartment and all the amenities plus extra stuff that that the apartment sets up for its residents."

"Nice complex & apartments. Every unit comes with a single car garage + a personal parking spot. Management & staff have always been friendly and helpful with me. Both pools are good sized and have gas bbq's for use. 24 hour fitness room. Security guard on site at night. Maintenance request are handled promptly and so far I've never had an issue with getting timely repairs done. Only complaint is the parking situation & a lack of sufficient guest parking; of course this wouldn't be as bad if residents would NOT park in the guest spots! If you have more than 2 cars you'll need to park on the street just outside the entrance."
