"They took down the review on this very page of the woman’s car getting broken into. Be very careful everyone’s car windows are getting smashed to bits. I’ve seen at least 5 cars windows get smashed. They don’t reveal the security camera footage, but I have honestly never seen a security camera on the property regardless of the signs put up. The footage was needed to file a police report but they didn’t give us the footage! Probably because it doesn’t exist. They said “be careful next time.” I’ve seen a literal mattress with bodily fluid in the middle of the apartment entrance. Don’t live here."

"I recently came in to inquire about a two bedroom apartment as my daughter and I are looking to upgrade to a two bed two bath and this area would be ideal as we have family that lives close by. Compared to many other community’s we’ve been to apartment hunting, this one stood out by far. From the time I walked in, I was greeted immediately and asked what I may be interested in. They then directed me to Brody, which was such a blessing. He worked everything out from my move in dates, showed me the unit, walked me through the paperwork. I felt like I had a full understanding and was not being pushed in any direction. He gave great professionalism and insight to what would fit my daughter and I’s move to this community. With that being said, we are happy to say we found a home here and very much looking forward to our move in date. Thank you Brody!"

"We have lived at Ridgeview for almost 2 years now. We have had some communication issues with the previous property manager however the new team that has taken over really proved to us they are on top of things. My partner has been inquiring about a garage space for several months and we were getting the run around from the previous manager (no longer works here). Yesterday we went to the office to see the status of the garage and were told the complete opposite of what the previous manager had told us. Brody addressed our concerns and let us know he was going to get to the bottom of it and do his best to get us a garage. Not even 3 hours later he called us back garage remote in hand and asked us to come pick it up. The professionalism he showed goes above my expectations of what a leasing manager should do for their tenants. We are so grateful he took the time to handle our concerns. THANK YOU BRODY!!!"
