Vista Springs Apartments

"the apartment is quick to be on everyone about no late rent but is late to pay the trash and has the apartments looking like this going on 3 weeks i can’t even open the window without the smell of trash ."

"I am not one to typically post reviews but I know how helpful they can be when apartment hunting so here is my review of Vista Springs: I personally love the apartment complex itself. The appliances in my unit were new, there is hardwood flooring all throughout, and the pantry is so nice to have. However, the main problem I have living here are the recent car break-ins. I have lived here for about 2 years and I had no significant issues until recently. Starting around May of this year, there have been car break-ins happening very frequently in the area (someone got their car broken into twice in a span of 3-4 weeks). Lights were installed by management in the area where these break-ins happened and I hoped that would fix things. However, not long after, I woke up to see more broken windows in the parking lot. The gates here rarely work so anyone can just walk into the parking lot (which I have seen). I love the apartment itself but the safety aspect is too big of a con to ignore. If you plan on moving here, please make sure you do not leave anything visible in your car. Pros: *new appliances *hardwood floors throughout unit *lots of counter space in kitchen + pantry *great location in terms of shopping centers Cons: *frequent car break-ins *gate rarely ever works *can't pay rent online *maintenance takes a while to respond to a work order *amenities are lacking (no fitness center)"

"Terrible management they do not care about you only the money they make off of you. I lived in this unit for 5 years dealt with different management so far this has been worst. The property and assistant manager always roll their eyes talking messed about the resident. Roaches has been a huge problems and never get a reminder on my pest being schedule. When you complaint to them they end up hanging up on you. The whole staff needs to be fired or report to Urban fair housing. The apartment is livable but the office staff isn’t something to look forward when moving into this complex. They give you a three notice just because they don’t want to deal with your complaint. Beware living here!!!"

"Our apartment is flooded from the rain and maintenance has been taking their sweet time to come fix the problem. The previous manager always had things in order. This new manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. The office staff don’t care and they’re very slow to inform maintenance of any issues. If you have small children keep them close by because the maintenance staff like to stare at little kids. Would never recommend these apartments!"
