"I was at The Parker’s for 5 years and when I first moved in, Lauren (manager) was awesome! She was always in the office timely, answered the phones and was consistently on site when you needed her. As time went on, management was constantly changing. The phones are never picked up, they let it ring and go to voicemail. The office is never open even at 10am during normal business hours. Multiple times I have tried dropping off rent checks and they wouldn’t be there and then end up charging me a late fee because THEY weren’t open during the times they posted. The building itself has gotten run down - upon my last inspection before moving out, they found so many issues that were never checked or resolved prior to me moving in. There is always a bunch of animal feces around the area and although maintenance tries to clean up where they can, it’s gotten worse. Prior to leaving, I was very frustrated with the new manager (Giselle). She does not respond timely, does not keep her tenants informed if she is running late or decides to not show up. She comes off rude and overbearing and the times that I have set up appointments with her - she runs behind schedule by 45 minutes and on the last scheduled meeting, never showed up. She sends an email a few days later stating that she was sick, but also never informed her maintenance workers she wasn’t showing up for work that day. My inspection took over 2.5 hours because I was waiting around for her. If it wasn’t for Christian, I would have had to wait around all day and drive back and forth just to do my final inspection and return my keys. Christian was extremely helpful and took time to complete my move out so I wouldn’t have to drive back since I was coming from far. Giselle - Please be courteous of people’s time and show professionalism in your expected job duties. Not recommended to rent here."

"This place has had its ups and downs living here for about 5 years, they have changed so many regulations and there is a paper on the door every day about a different complaint, but when you have any questions and concerns they don’t pick up the phone you leave a voicemail they don’t answer or call back. The new manger Samantha is so hostile when you speak to her. If she is getting payed and still acts like this it’s ridiculous, she so rude you can’t ask her a question without an attitude. She doesn’t have compassion or understanding of anything. They are charging for everything(stuff on your door or outside your door $50 , late rent $50, not doing something they asked $50). I’ve been here for so long but I can’t wait for my lease to be up to move out immediately. Everyone I spoke to in my unit has agreed on her nasty attitude, even the reviews just speaks about how rude she is and doesn’t do her job. This place has gone down extremely on the way it’s been taken care of there’s a roach infestation, there is rats running at night. The pluming situation here is terrible. And all the false promises that they do give you and terrible service. If they do no reconsider the new manger this place will fall apart. Moving forward I’m going to start taking pictures of everything and putting them on here so no one has to go through this. "Its been a little over a year since i’v moved in. The apartments have been pretty decent thus far, Monica was great before she had left. However since New Management came into place iv notice its been slacking. Shes more worried about kicking renters out and chit chatting with her friends that also lives in these apartments. There are animal feces everywhere. From the time iv lived here i have never seen the trash like this. It’s disgusting. When placing work orders, she does not give you time to explain whats going on in the apartment. If i hadn’t sent an email out, i would have waited a whole weekend for the plumbing. Luckily the assistant manager Sergio was a big help. He contacted me and had contacted the right people in a timely matter. I think owners should choose wisely on who should manage these apartments. Just my opinion! I give it 3 stars because once again its a lovely place but with the right managers."
