"I just want to say that for the time I was there about 8 years. We had our share of bad landlords. But that all change when Maria took over she has been exceptional. We are moving because we are relocating to another state but I just wanted to say thank you Maria for being so pleasant and easy to come too. She always took care of everything in a timely manner. She goes above and beyond for her tenants and she has really cleaned that place up. If you’re looking to rent a really recommend. Maria will make the process very smooth."

"These apartments used to be nice. New management took over a couple of years ago and things started to spiral down from there. Maintenance is pretty much non existent. The surveillance signs are a complete lie and they have a serious roach problem that isn’t addressed until your fully infested."

"We got a great price on a 2 bedroom here, considering the rest in the surrounding area. It is a very secure place-- you need key access to get in by vehicle or on foot. The rooms are spacious and the closet space is nice. HOWEVER, there were many things wrong with our place when we moved in. They were little things we didn't really consider before signing. There are no doorstops (so there will be damage to the walls), the dishwasher was messed up, and there were ants all over. The parking spaces are very small (I think my parking neighbor dinged my door the other day). THE LANDLORD IS NEVER AVAILABLE. After she got our money, we haven't been able to get ahold of her. I wrote her a letter detailing the problems, and she has been ignoring us! STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT PLACE TO LIVE!"
