"Moved out of these apartments the management team needs better training. Scheduled my move out inspection that I scheduled over a month before move out date and nobody showed up. They have unethical standards and will try to enforce their so called power! They only care about the money and not the residents dog feces and urine everywhere you go it’s a a hazmat of a location not sure how they don’t get fined by city. Whatever arrangements you have with reserving clubhouse Lex will for sure ruin whatever event you have. Can’t read the book by its cover with this location New residents will regret moving into apartments right away. Lex management will always respond with we apologize for the experience please contact us at this number blah blah blah. They will not return your security deposit no matter how pristine you leave your he apartment(security Deposit is for them to keep). We got charged for paint when all apartment need to repainted regardless because either paint does not stay white permanently paint fades as time goes by also they will charge for shampooing rug when they mentioned that they tear out rug with every new tenants at least that what told us before we moved in. We cleaned apartment for 3 days and they still have the audacity to charge us to clean apartment what a joke. Also,they go through managers like no other and they get worse!! You schedule something with their vendors and those vendors are terrible they just want leave without fixing any of the issues you mentioned to them we had a leaky AC unit they said don’t see any leaks but we put a paper towel that was wet and rusty in color and they just want run out."

His attention to detail and the pride he takes in ensuring the complex is well-maintained are evident every day. Seeing him diligently at work brings a sense of pride in being part of this community. It's disheartening to come across negative reviews about LEX, as my experience has been the complete opposite. It's clear that the management and maintenance teams work tirelessly to provide the best possible living experience. While everyone is entitled to their opinions, it's important to note that unrealistic expectations can sometimes cloud the overall picture. In conclusion, LEX Apartments offers a living experience that goes above and beyond expectations. The amenities, the sense of community, and the exceptional management team, including Emely and Marcos, make it a true home. I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of this community."

"I do not live here but I went for a tour. They were pretty busy so asked if we were okay doing a self guided tour. Honestly, we were totally fine with it. My sister and I loved the area because all other apartments we have visited have been pretty rude and it stressed me out because I felt I did something wrong. The apartment complex was very beautiful and gave me a tropical and homey feel. I know my dog will be super excited to live here. This was one of the first places I visited that I felt the most comfortable and safe in. In addition, They were super kind and helpful with any questions I had. I hope to make this place home one day for my sister, my dog and me. Super excited."
