"I’ve lived at Woodcrest for a couple of years now and have experienced the new management company, Beach Front Management and our new manager Lorena Norman - she has been a great asset to the community. She is capable, proactive and has been able to get things in order - parking assignments, a cleaning crew, better lighting throughout the property, a working intercom and parking garage gate for security, and a technician/handyman who takes care of maintenance issues in a timely manner and with great experience. The only thing we have yet to get is a working spa and a clean pool, but I’m confident that Lorena will continue to work to make it right. I worked as a manager in a different city for a different company and know the work is not easy. I really appreciate Lorena's work and can attest to her professionalism and follow-through."
