Motel 6 Rowland Heights, CA - Los Angeles - Pomona

"upon arriving to the motel 6 I noticed that there were people hanging out in the parking lot, cigarette butts all over the ground as well as the stairs leading up to the second floor covered in cigarette butts. I was given a ground floor level room 113 with no television. Then went back to the front office so that my room could be changed. I was then given room 208 on the second floor and upon entering that room I was greeted with flies and knats, as well as a dirty bed with the mattress slid to the side and the bathroom was a mess. Wet towels in the shower. I was very unhappy with my visit. I went back to the office and asked for a full refund due to the unkeptness of the rooms as well as the property in general. Motel 6 please do better."

"Rooms are okay. Keep in mind that you are in a motel and not a hotel so you get what you pay for. Maricela in the front desk is awesome she's kind and polite as customer service should be. However the guy in the front Johnny is rude . The housekeepers are cool. Management is also cool."

"The clerk when I checked in was very rude. The actual price also came out to be higher than discussed on the phone. Upon arrival to the room it was dirty and the mattress was on upside down. When I called the front desk to tell them he said “wow that sucks” and hung up. I’ve never had worse customer service at a Motel 6 before. Completely unacceptable and better customer service training is definitely needed at this location."

"Honestly, I think the rooms could be a little bit cleaner. The plumbing could be a little bit better but overall. The state has been good. The guy working in the office. I believe his name is Johnny, he's been a tremendous help. It's courteous and I appreciate. His service he went above and beyond to get me sheets and towels I needed Overall if the stay's been great And I hope every motel six that I go to has as Good people like Johnny to help you out. Thank you."

"Had a horrible stay, made better thanks to the prompt service from a friendly staff member at the front desk. Stayed a few nights here for a work trip, and as I was checking in, I got some good advice and recommendations for food from the receptionist on duty. My first room was dirty and smelled funky, and people in the neighboring room were being loud and fighting. Bad as it was, I was moved immediately when I let the front desk know. Thank you Cinthya for making my stay more comfortable and pleasant. Four stars just because the service was excellent."
